Come join us for a fun afternoon of kite-making and flying!

We’ll start by creating our own kites at the World Unite City Hub, then head to Kiba Park to let them soar! 🌤️🌈

• Make your own kite with step-by-step instructions
• Design and decorate your kite
• Head to the park and watch your creations take flight

✂️ What to bring (all available at 100-yen shops) ✂️

• Bamboo strips (50 cm & 60 cm)
• 45-liter rubbish bags
• Kite string
• Sellotape
• Oil-based pens (for decorating)
• Scissors
