Let’s enjoy our last social meetup before winter arrives!
We’re planning a day trip to Mt. Takao! On the eastern edge of Tokyo, Mt. Takao offers a great mix of nature, amazing views, and activities. You can hike up the mountain, take the scenic cable car, have a picnic at the summit, or explore the Yakuo-In temple on the mountain.
At the summit, you can also visit the monkey park 🐒 where you’ll have the chance to visit some Japanese Macaques.
🍂 With the autumn scenery and plenty to explore, it’s a great way to spend a day away from the city!
🗓 Date: Sunday, November 23, 2026
⏰ Meeting Time: 10:30 AM – 3:00PM (ending time is approximate, you may leave whenever)
📍 Meeting: Takaosanguchi station Tourist Information Centre (2241 Takaomachi, Hachioji, Tokyo 193-0844). The Information Center will be under a big wooden roof next to the ticket gate.

- A little cash if you’d like to buy food, take the cable car 🚠, or visit the monkey park
